Poor phone connection
I am experiencing slow speed on my laptop and video calls. Also when making calls, parts of the conversation will drop out and then come back. Can you boost the signal as I can't really make or receive calls. My mobile was only purchased about 6 weeks ago. Would that make a difference?

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
