Poor or no WiFi connection

I have no WiFi on my laptop. Tv is working fine and my mobile which is also with Sky! But I cannot open any breeder pages, nothing loads! I have important and urgent emails to send for work! What is going on? My router seems ok, all lights are green. I have checked the checker on the sky app and it says no reports in my area and everything is working! Well clearly it isn't.

Have you tried rebooting the braodband hub at the mains ?
