Poor/no connection

Moved from BT to sky. The connection was good for the first 2/3 months. Now I am having trouble with poor connection. Even on our mobile telephone, Web sites won't load and we have to turn off broadband on the phone to use it. My kids are constantly complaining about their xbox games due to the poor connection also.
