Poor internet

Upgraded to the full fibre gigabyte package but just seems to cut in and out - live in a small house and my daughter constantly has it dropping in her room which is above the router. Its pretty poor to be honest. What can I do to improve it.

Have you now got the white Sky Max hub?

if so, have you tried your old router to see if that works better?
