Poor internet

Since an engineer came out to change us to full fibre 4 weeks ago, the WiFi doesn’t stay on for longer than an hour before resetting and then spending periods off time offline. In the last few days it's spent more time offline with the internet light currently not on at all and the voice light orange

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
