Poor internet

My internet is ridiculously slow and not fit for purpose. Web pages do not work or load and working from home is becoming impossible. A lot of people in my area have the same problem

My internet slow even though I've upgraded to ultra fast fibre.  Can't play any games on Xbox.

And let me guess customer service are no help? Ridiculous.. they're customer care has gone right down hill.
