Poor internet strength

My internet signal is very weak (3.5 to 4.5 mb . I have sky quick fix online but it is still the same .

@Phil161 assume you are referring to the speed measured on a device connected by wifi. It is likely thst the sissue is slow wifi in your home. 

Sky normally only guarantee speeds to the hub which you can check by funning the Service Checker in the My Sky app. If you click on the broadband link it will show you the guaranteeed speeds for your line if thst is not being achieved then it should offer further information.

 

Assuming thatvisnt the problem likecso many other customers the issue is in your home. WiFi spedds are affected bybthe latout of your home, how it is built and the level of interference. If your hub is out in the open on a surface somits signal isnt bring blocked by furniture or radiators and you cznnot move closer to the hub you will need extra wifi equipment. Sky will sell you their WiFi Max package thst can supply up to extenders see  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max Or you can buy your own home wifi set up.
