Poor internet speeds and quality

WiFi speeds are slow. Working from home is becoming an issue. Also daily using WiFi for personal use is very frustrating. WiFi speeds are showing than 5 when running speed test

@Benny1612 WiFi can be approved. You could call Sky re using their boosters or extenders.

Alternatively, you could purchase your own mesh/ network. My partner and I work from home and network connections are very important.

Sky is a residential provider whose equipment is OK for the vast majority of their customers. Others may need to invest in their own.

Terrible WiFi connection

The sellers of WiFi really poor. Impacting my ability to work from home. Calls keep dripping or freezing. Speed tests are showing my speeds are less than 8 mbps which is way below what I'm paying for.

Re: Terrible WiFi connection

@Benny1612 Call sky if the service checker is showing you have a problem, 150 from your lanline is best!

@Benny1612

What did Sky say/do when you contacted them after the advice previously provided?

Remember that Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers wfh to use it they won't receive additional or quicker support.
