Poor internet speeds and dropouts

our internet has been dropping in and out all week. Speed is also 30% of what is should be.

yes i am same supposed to be ultra fast getting 30 meg its pathetic i am moving house soon and there is zero chance i will have sky again and i would not recommend to anybody
