Poor internet speed

Hi, the first few days of getting the sky box internet speed was around 300ms, however for the last few weeks now im getting as low as 20ms and averagimg around 35ms.

To avoid confusion, 'ms' is milliseconds and is a measure of time: in this context it's used to indicate latency (where lower figures are better)

Broadband speed is typically quoted in 'mbs' which is megabits per second.
