For the past few weeks - maybe even over a month I've been struggling with internet performance. No new devices, no setup changes but suddenly everything is scrolling. Sky glass, phones, iPads .... everything.
I've done the usual turn it off and leave it for a few hours, pressed reset on the router etc but nothing makes a difference.
to make matters worse sky are playing their usual game of "let's make it as difficult to contact an actual person as possible" so they're no help whatsoever.
