Poor internet connection
Hi, we have had an engineer out today to help with our internet connectivity. This evening our TV is buffering and the internet keeps loosing connection.

@Ian281 if the hub is losing connection to the line as shown by the leds on the unit give Sky a call to report that the fault want fixed. If however it isnt the connection it could be poor wifi in your home.
