Poor internet connection

Anyone else having issues with poor internet connection in the evening from around 5pm? Been like this the past week or so until around 8pm however tonight is the worst it's been

That would typically be either local network contention (multiple households using the same upstream bandwidth) or a local device interfering with either broadband or WiFi connections.  While other households across the nation may well experience something similar, these instances aren't linked.
