Poor internet connection and speed

Checked the sky app, it says everything is fine. Sky line checker says there is a problem. 3rd party speed checker and PS5 speed checker says 21mbs download. No way of booking an engineer, just round in circles, checking and re-checking. Really poor setup by sky.

I'm having the same issues with sky broadband at the moment. Talking to bots, being told to restart and reset hub. Nothing working. Anyone have any advice?
