Poor customer service

what's the best way to complain about the truly awful customer service from Sky. I have had nothing but problems since going onto Full Fibre Broadband. I find their so called Virtual Assistant system incredibly frustrating, I'm experiencing an erratic, virtually non functioning Wi-Fi link for my main desk top computer. None of the online checks solve anything, one of my booster pods refuses to link up t,o the system.
