Poor connection

Poor broadband connection since getting sky at new property

@K34567 run the service checker in the My Sky app as Skytests the speed of your connection daily and you can see the results there. If you have a full fibre connection thecspeed should be correct from day 1 but Sky only accept issues on spedd after 14days. This is because partial fibre connections do take time to optimise.
