Poor connection

Our WiFi is unusable throughout the house. There is connection but outside of the room it is in the speed drops massively, to about 9mbps about 5 meters from the router

@Maxself if your home has solid internal walls the reduction in speed is to be expected. You could get a WiFi extender as part of Sky'sxadd-on WiFi Max package but that may not be much better if your home isxseriously WiFi unfriendly and third party equipment could beca better choice.

Re: Poor connection

Hi

i don't really think it's good enough that we should have to get a wifi extender. If the broadband can't be approved we will move to another provider. Can the wifi be improved or is the only solution a wifi extender ?
