Poor connection to mobile devices off broadband

We have had a new hub broadband hub and it is saying there's a poor connection to my mobile phone device just wondered what this could be

Is your phone actually having any issues? Sometimes the app can report false issues?

Yes it says on app that connection is poor to my two mobiles
