Poor connection to PS5

Hi we have switched to fibre recently and since then, my sons PS5 is not connecting as well. It's Ethernet but uploads of 16 and download of 19. Any ideas how to resolve? We have a booster too.

@CJS5 where does the ethernet cable run to? If it is directly to the hub there is a fault
