Poor connection, poor wifi
Every day it says there's no internet connection, there's poor internet connection in bedrooms. We have to keep resetting the router and sky boxes. What is going on?

@Natasha143 if the lights on the hub chnge when you lose connection thst indicates a line issue. However if the dont it is somply because axsingle Sky hubs is insufficent to provide usable WiFi in every room Sky sell an add-on which can supply extdnders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
