I had to have a repair to the connection outside my home today as the cable was disconnected. I was told I should not have issues with the signal and internet dropping out now it's been repaired but it's currently dropped out 4 times in 20 minutes and is worse than ever. I have also struggled with a poor connection and was given a new router to see if it made a difference but it hasn't. I am now getting increasingly fed up as you cannot use it when the line cuts out every few minutes. Please can someone come and sort out the problem.
