Poor connection in certain room on a certain device

I have the sky hub max but ever since I've had it,  it doesn't seem to connect my daughters device and will jump in and out of connection. This only happens in a certain room. How do I find out if I can get a WiFi pod extender? I've checked the broadband connection and it says everything connects fine but this is not true. I'm struggling to navigate on how to request a the sky pod extender!

@Rose245 You can only get one by calling sky direct and speaking to sky Customer Service, dial 150 from your landline or a sky mobile!
