Ive had poor connection over this past week really poor to the point where I can't even load a video the connection keeps dropping and everything lags when it does work
@Rhiannoncleasby What sky hub do you have, and you can 1. run the diagnostic so see if anything is found, and tonight if not using the sky Hub switch it off going to bed and back on in the morning!.
