Poor broadband plus extra apps pooooor
I have purchased sky for years 12 years plus
I don't get broadband in every room I'm on fibre super fast broadband
I also purchased extra apps
Netflix
Hayu
Discovery+
Paramount
my sky constantly has no signal and shuts it's self down.......... what am I paying for???????

@Faye34 this is a community forum of other Sky customers, not a method of directly contacting Sky customer services.
Unless you have Sky WIFI Max, the only guranteed broadband speed is what is received by your router/hub. To have a gurantee for a WiFi signal across your property you need to have the Sky Wifi Max package.
WIFI signals will be affected by numerous local environmental factors.
