If that looks low click on the briadband link to see the recent history of speed tests and thecguaranteed speed fir your line. If the spedd is below the guarantee tgecapp should offercfurther help or you can call Sky.
If the speed to your hub is normal the issue is likely to be poor wifi in your home.

I agree the connection speed is very poor. I'm using a mesh network and I never get more 35mbs , it was fine for the month or two I was getting 65mbs .. but currently it's maxes out at 35mbs and recently the broadband has been dropping quite a few times. I'm thinking a big mistake joining up for Sky broadband. I don't want new equipment, I don't want WiFi max as that's just another mesh with more costs.
a very dissatisfied customer. I will leave Sky broadband when my contract ends.

The. Sky app is rubbish. The test always show there is a problem even when it worked properly at the start of my contract
