Poor Wifi

Upload speed currently at 0.16Mps. Download speed only 17.32Mps. 
Trying to work from home, but having a lot of difficulty. Needs to be solved ASAP please.

Have you tried running the line test on the My Sky app?
What speed are you supposed to be getting?
