Poor Wifi

We have just started a new contract with Sky, we were previously with BT with 150MB and no issues. We switched to Skys 500MB package and although this should be better than our previous product, we are having a lot of issues. The signal strength is very poor upstairs and at one end of the house. It only really works in the room where the WiFi box is plugged in. This is a real issue because our heating, baby monitor, TV and CCTV camera run off of WiFi and they are not working very well at all. Please can this be looked into?

I am also havibg this issue!! WiFi is great if in front of hub, further I getaway from it, it's rubbish. I've got 2 boosters which help but have 2 rooms in the house where we get little or no WiFi at all. Whole point of upgrading to full fibre was to eliminate this issue, as I'd be getting more bandwidth, that's what the advisor said😳
