Poor WiFi

Gaming lags, WiFi not connecting to mobiles in some instances. Poor mb/s. All broadband speed tests are well below 400. Best so far is 250mb/s.

That's entirely plausible for a wireless device: all WiFi is zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls.

Re: Poor WiFi

Not when I should be getting 600 mbs guaranteed and stood right next to the hub.  What about the disconnection issues? I've been with sky broadband for 2 weeks and so far very disappointed.
Virgin had no problems even with lower mbs.

That's 'guaranteed' speed over fibre optic and ethernet cable as far as the Hub, not WiFi from it.

Do you have a device with an ethernet socket that you can use to test this speed,?

Re: Poor WiFi

The Ethernet cable will not make that big a difference when testing speed. My tv is connected with the Ethernet and loses connection.
Not happy with this at all. It's faulty equipment or they're falsifying speeds. Either way the guaranteed 600mbs is not even close.
