Poor WiFi

Hi there,

 

our WiFi connection in the house has dropped and is now very poor. I have run a check using My Sky which says it should be working fine. Please can you advise on next steps.

@Poorwifi2 From the sky help, have you also done the switch it off leave it 5 minutes then back on again!
