Poor WiFi

After changing from another provider in July to you we have seen a huge difference in the stability and connectivity of the service. We had not experienced any buffering previously but since changing we continually have trouble with this. If both my wife and I work from home it is so frustrating. My daughter has moved to university Mid-Septand we thought it would get better. It has not made any difference at all. I have moved the hub to different places to see if that helps but it does not, we also used extenders throughout the house but again this does not help. Please can you invistigate as when used the checker on this app the reading differ form an online speed checker which shows the guaranteed speeds are not met. This is stopping my wife and I working from home effectively and would appreciate a speedy response. Thank you.
