Poor WiFi
Hi my WiFi has been really poor for at least 2 months now I did a test a while back and said the connection was poor and I could leave with no fee and possible refund as it couldn't be fixed and was taking too long I am paying £43 a month for WiFi i can't use and have to use my data from my mobile provider if I try to use WiFi it doesn't work just crashes and says I am not connected to the Internet I have done a check and it says its good now but I still can't use it.

That would typically be a message related to broadband, not WiFi. As it says, Sky had no confidence that Openreach can improve the existing circuit: the same situation will face any other Openreach ISP.
