Poor WiFi to devices

We have just had sky broadband fitted. We are getting very poor connection to our devices. Keep buffering saying poor connection section. My son is not able to use his PlayStation upstairs. Something isn't right as on our previous supplier no issues

@Newmans10 if the hub been moved as that can affect WiFi speeds, or did you haveca booster or simikar before.
