The WiFi signal is poor and doesn't reach all rooms in house,I'm a new customer and should have received a booster with the hub but no booster was delivered

Did you request a booster as these are not sent by default but will be sent if you have the wifi max add on at £6 per month on your account.

You need to get in touch with Sky about getting a booster sent to you:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

The first one can be self installed while a second and third will require an engineer visit.

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
