Poor WiFi signal

Pay for 300 meg. It's currently pulling 18 mb. Nkt good enough.

Hi @Mcfly88 

The speed you pay for is the speed down the line to your router. If your using WiFi this speed may be significantly lower due to WiFi factors that are out of Sky's control. To get the maximum speed you need to use an ethernet cable.
