Poor WiFi signal
Our Sky WiFi was installed last Monday (9th of September) I contacted sky customer service on Wednesday (11th September) as the WiFi signal was extremely poor in the upper rooms or our house. We upgraded our package to sky Max. We received a booster for our home however the signal has not improved

Re: Poor WiFi signal
To receive up to two more pods you'll need to call Sky again and book a visit from one of their specialists. Note that ultimately what's 'guaranteed' is a small refund, not the wireless speed.
