I have just switched from BT to Sky broadband this week and the service we are getting is poor and frustrating. I work from home the majority of the time and rely on an internet connection. The WiFi will keep disconnecting from certain devices too. The package I have opted for is meant to be over x4 as fast as the package I had with BT and in fact, the internet has been running slower and the signal strength is not brilliant in my lounge. If there is no improvement, I may switch back to BT.
