Poor WiFi in a bedroom that’s on the same floor as our router.
We have sky glass and the latest sky router with super fast fiber. My F13 has a sky puck in her room on the same floor as our router. However the WiFi signal to her devices (iPad and phone) is patchy.

@Dan0416 Have you tried moving a pod (if you have one) too outside her room and closer to where the sky max hub, is the puck as you put it is that a device to watch TV with!
