Poor WiFi coverage

WiFi connection is poor in some rooms and is frequently dropped (particularly on my work laptop in my office room). I have a pod which only seems to connect to certain random devices. Signal for the sky puck in the second floor room is unreliable. As I work at home and need to have reliable broadband, please would you be able to help me? I understand that an engineer can visit to check WiFi connectivity throughout the house (where I am guaranteed WiFi throughout) to set up any additional boosters as necessary. Thank you

You'll need to call Sky to go through another diagnosis and see if they'll agree to a visit and further booster loan.  Note that coverage isn't actually what's 'guaranteed' (no ISP can do that) : the guarantee is of a small refund and the option to leave the broadband contract if minimum coverage and speed isn't delivered.
