Poor WiFi connection

Hi I've just upgraded my sky package which didn't help the speed and I've just been sent wireless extender and it's still not good. I'm struggling to do my work from home. My old package was far more reliable. Please can you sort this for me asap.

@Jason_86_ you are not talking to Sky by pisting in the forum if a single pod is not sufgicent call Sky and nirmally they will book an appoitment for an dnginerr to come out who can authorise up to two more pods.
