Following the installation of Full Fibre last week we now have very poor to unacceptable Wi-Fi reception in two rooms of our house.
Sky did not provide a new communication unit for the installation,
Please help my Wi-Fi reception was very good throughout the house with the old telephone line set up
the installation engineer stated the help Centre will be able to provide a solution.
