Poor Wi-Fi speed and connectivity

The wifi is undoubtedly slower than it should be. Evert time I check the connection speed on the app it says the service is good, however, I do not believe we are experiencing the optimal broadband speed we are paying for and therefore expect. I am continually experiencing poor connectivity and dropping out of work calls.

I have raised this issue numerous times to no avail, if this is not sorted promptly I will certainly be looking for other, more reliable broadband providers.
