Poor Wi-Fi connection
Since we changed to the new Sky Max Hub the Wi-Fi coverage has not been as good as our previous Sky Hub.
We installed a Wi-Fi extender (provided by Sky) in order for my daughter to receive Wi-Fi coverage at the top of the house - this was back in January. It worked to begin with but became intermittent. But over the past couple of months the coverage has been the worst I have known & now it isn't just affecting the mobiles, we are also losing connection on laptops too. The only items that don't lose connection are the hard wired items ie: tv's.
We also have no Wi-Fi coverage in the garden now,, whereas we did before.
Please can I go back to the original hub?
