Poor Wi-Fi Connection

My BB speed is 150 which is great... in my Office...3 steps away it's down to 25 and now nothing in the garden - 15/20 steps away. You have increased my BB for a poorer service - I have a WiFi extender but this made the connection worse - can you send an Engineer to sort out please

Sky won't do so for external spaces even if the WiFi Max subscription supplement is on the account.
