Poor TV connection.
The TV keeps breaking up. It's loosing it's connection and keeps freezing

Our TV does the same, it's been really bad recently, very glitchy and the volume vanishes randomly. There are some channels that we don't even bother trying to watch as it's so bad all of the time on those particular chanels.

@pvcpro73 Sky Q uses a satellite dish for live TV not broadband (where you have posted), you would be best posting on the correct board for Sky Q.

@pvcpro73 you replied to a thread in a board discussing Sky Broadband not Sky Q which is why we are suggesting you ask for help in the Sky Q firum..
