Poor Sky broadband

Recently swapped from BT broadband to Sky and now my broadband and WiFi is poor . I paid extra for WiFi max and 2 extenders but only received one but it still drops out and is unreliable especially if a few devices on at same time

@JonC18 Sky only send out one pod extender to get additional units you need to call them and normally they send out an engineer to check the set up beforee more are provided. If you have Sky WiFi Max and a service delivering over 100Mb/s the wifi guarantee is at least 25Mb/s in every room in your home under 100Mb/s the guarantee drops to 10Mb/s

Hi We've already had an engineer out and it was him who said we need at least 2 extenders. So I called back again and agreed a price to upgrade to SKy Max and '2' extenders, but as per **bleep** customer services only sent out one!
