Poor Internet...tv freezes constantly

Internet is non existent. TV keeps freezing. Engineer has been out . Service is appalling. Customer service non existent. Sky Q boxes freeze at least 3 times a day.

Same, I don't know how many times a day the tv disconnects from the internet, as do all the other devices and honestly if it was just occasionally then I'd be more understanding but it's every program theres a glitch or it just cuts out all together. I check the connection and everythings fine! Honestly at my wits end

I have same issue.

Sky customer service is terrible.

It is 9.30 in the evening and all sky q boxes have dropped out. Pointless system. 
Time to give up.

I've had a new sky q box, 2 new mini boxes and they've even given me a booster...thats a bloody waste if time when Internet doesn't work. Phone data is maxing out every month as that's the only way of Internet in the house. £150 a month for what ????. Goodbye Sky is the only solution.
