Poor Broadband and Wifi since my upgrade

Since I upgraded to  "Sky Broadband Superfast".  it has been anything but.  We now have regular buffering or completely zero boradband speed. I use Fing regularly and we are getting aweful performance.  PLUS,  since putting in the new router we have even worse Wifi coverage in the house.  When I check speed on SKY this morning, is had 8mbs,  while I have gaurenteed 36+.  When I called the automated help line it said I had an issue with my Sky Router,  but when I use the online checker it says it is fine---and since upgrading you cant even log into the thing locally to check any setting etc..---will be checking my contract and cancelling if no improvement.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@JMG4 @steveapps68

You appear to be mistakenly talking to each other about your own separate issues: presumably neither of you is a Sky employee.

To get the attention of Sky support you'll need to call Sky: booking installer attendance isn't possible through this forum.
