I've just switched to Sky from Virgin and have a Sky Max Hub. I use Plex on my TV to connect to my Synology NAS to watch films and since changing to Sky am now unable to connect to it, with the message Unable to Access Media Server.
I've specified a fixed IP for the NAS through the Router settings and have setup port forwarding through the mySky App but this hasn't resolved the issue.
It seems impossible to actually speak to anyone at Sky about this.
