Sky Hubs don't do that by default: the Max Hub has an option of single device prioritisation if the WiFi Max subscription supplement is on the account and the user chooses to activate it.

Nothing will happen from a forum post anyway: requests can't be sent to Sky Support that way.

Thanks. I posted it not realising it's in the Community section, then it wouldn't let me delete it 😆. 

Basically I've recently moved to Sky Hub and my kids streaming devices keep buffering on 2.4GHz so I want to try them on 5GHz but it seems I can't manually change them.

@jahiggins208 all Sky hubs transmit dualband signal be default. While you  still can split the bands on the older black hubs you cannot do that with the white hubs because WiFi6 uses both bands. Unless you have split the bands yourself your kids' devices will normally connect to whichever band they can receive.

Sounds like your issue is one of poor WiFi signal in your childrens' rooms as the 5GHz band has less range than the lower frequency 2.4GHz band. If that is the case consider getting a WiFi extender which can come as part of Sky's WiFi Max package https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
