Please advise
I have just moved and my house number is 25, Sky have set me up as number 26 so when I moved in and had the date for our broadband was to be set up I had my new neighbours knocking, it seems cos sky set my address as number 26 they've sent the details saying about taking over there EE broadband with sky fibre 150 ,that's my broadband order for number 25! ... anyway I thought I'd sorted it when I called but no.... even the bae had changed on my account so had that to deal with too, now I've had to close my broadband order for Fibre 150 and set up another account which instead of my broadband going live on Thursday 27th Nov it now goes live on Dec 5th 🫣 and....I have now hae messages from sky saying they are sending me stuff to package my bits up and send back... to number 26!!! I don't live at number 26 🤯 I just don't know what to do...

Re: Please advise
@Sarah_24 You have created the nightmare when the wrong address get's put in order wise, your neighbours are going to suffer also can be so so bad, all you can do is get onto sky have a look see, also take a look on your account and all your details to see that is matching as you expect!
The number 26 may end up also being cancelled by EE as often the mistake refusal cannot be corrected, EE shut them down ask for all the Equipment they have to be sent back to them, start a new order with them, 14/21day's later they get reconnected, just hope that it does not go down that rabbit hole, the OTS switching system has a good few flaws in it!
